Field Day Brewing Co., the first and only brewery in North Liberty, IA is looking for experienced part-time Dishwashers to join our team.

As a Dishwasher at Field Day Brewing Co., you'll be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring a steady supply of clean items for the kitchen team. You'll work closely with the team to maintain a clean, organized workspace, and assist with keeping the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. You'll also help with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed.

What is Field Day Brewing Co.? Field Day Brewing Co. is the first and only brewing in North Liberty, IA, excited to reframe & disrupt the traditional view on breweries by bringing exciting opportunities paired with world-class beer. We brew everything from Hazy IPA’s, big and bold stouts, overly-fruited sours. While we don’t like pigeon-holing ourselves into one specific category, our 4 vessel, custom brewhouse and cereal cooker allows us to specialize in German and Czech lagers. IE: the light & crispy stuff that is super sessionable.

In addition to our amazingly brewed beverages, we offer a full-service menu carefully constructed and prepared on-site by our amazing cooks.

Pay: $15 per hour and up based on experience

Schedule: Part-time, PM Monday-Sunday, AM Saturday & Sunday. Around 20 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities

• Washes all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand and/or using dishwashers.
• Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
• Cleans trash receptacles
• May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed.
• Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and wipe frequently.
• Must frequently immerse hands in water.
• Must be able to work in a hot and damp environment.
