Field Day Brewing Co., North Liberty’s first and only brewery and full-service restaurant, is hiring an experienced cooks to join our back of house team.

Field Day Brewing Co. combines a rotating craft beer lineup with a chef-driven, scratch-inspired menu in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on quality, consistency, and hospitality.

We are looking for motivated cooks who take pride in their work, communicate well with others, and thrive in a high-energy kitchen environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork, attention to detail, and delivering consistently great food.

Compensation ranges from $16 - $22 per hour based on experience.

Schedule: Part-time, Approximately 20-30 hours per week. Evening, weekend, and Sunday availability required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute menu items consistently and efficiently
  • Support plating and cooking execution according to company standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage procedures
  • Assist with prep work, inventory, and stock rotation
  • Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen leadership
  • Support overall kitchen operations and team success as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous full-service restaurant cook experience preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, upscale casual kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
